Yes, our platform is ISO 27001 certified. This means we follow internationally recognised standards for managing and protecting sensitive data. From encryption to access control, every aspect of our security operations is audited and held to a high standard.
Can our team use Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in with existing company credentials?
Absolutely. We support SSO, so your team can log in using platforms like Microsoft, Google Workspace, and more. It makes onboarding faster and keeps login secure and simple for learners and admins.
Where is learner data stored, and can we choose the data residency location?
All data is securely stored in ISO 27001-certified data centres within the UK or EU by default. If your organisation has specific data residency requirements, we can work with you to meet them.
What operational safeguards do you have in place to protect against data loss or breaches?
We use a layered approach to security, including encryption at rest and in transit, regular backups, real-time monitoring, and strict internal access controls. We also conduct staff training and follow secure coding practices to reduce risk at every level.
