Yes, a manager only ever sees data for their own direct reports; comparing against another manager only shows the comparison stats, not that manager's individual team detail.
How far back can I compare? +
Any date range you choose, using the From and To filters on the Comparisons tab.
What counts toward the Health Check stats? +
Users seen, completions, and views, plus engagement signals like bookmarks, comments, likes, searches, and shares, all compared against the previous period.
